Shop Online
Using Holding Box is simple! First, shop online at your favorite stores and find the items you want us to hold. We can only purchase items that are available for sale online.
Start a live chat or fill out form
Once you've found what you want, start a live chat with one of our representatives or fill out our hold request form. Upload screenshots or photos of the items, and important details.
**Please ensure you've checked all your email folders—inbox, spam, and junk—since that's our primary mode of communication.
Pay your hold fee
Next, you'll sign a quick payment agreement and pay a 20% hold fee. Once that’s done, we’ll begin purchasing your items and placing them on hold just for you. When your final payment is complete, we’ll ship everything right to your door!
